LEXIO RENT, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €100, registered office at 36 rue Scheffer, 75016 Paris, France, registered under number 101 951 754 (RCS Paris), represented by Shane Lu acting with the necessary powers as President.
The Lexio mobile app allows vehicle rental professionals to manage their day-to-day operations: vehicle check-in and check-out, schedule tracking, photographic condition reports, and reminder notifications.
The app is intended for professional use (B2B). It requires an active Lexio account.
This policy covers only the mobile app. The lexio.rent website and the app.lexio.rent management application are covered by a separate policy, available at https://lexio.rent/en/privacy-policy. Data processed through both channels — condition-report photographs, in particular — falls under both documents, which must then be read together.

The Lexio app is intended for professional use (B2B) by adult users. It is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect any personal data from minors.
If you become aware that a minor has provided personal data via the app, please contact us at contact@lexio.rent so that we can delete it.
